Thanks for helping and your kind prompt response. At first I'm glad of what finally found (pop-up shown) and then followed every steps carefully. But the same problem still there. What should I do now? I guess there's something wrong with some add-in but I couldn't disable any due to Word will shutting down itself. Even I tried to repair online the previous procedure there's nothing better.

The message in your screen shot is about installing Office. Your original post seemed to suggest that Office was in fact up and running, except for the Word component. You will have to clarify what you are trying to do. For example, do you see the error message after an online repair?

I didn't see anything wrong while online repairing but the problems after reinstallment are 1). I can't save anything because after click save(or save as) the program will restarting itself and the work will be gone. 2). I'd like to check what's wrong in add-in then I click File and go to options and afterwards the program also shutdown itself.

Can you successfully start Word in Safe mode?
I'm assuming here that you have made sure not to install both 32 bit and 64 bit Office components on the same computer. See also Rohn's reply.

This error message means that some how you have different Office applications in both 32 and 64 bit versions. Windows pukes when that happens.
At a guess you installed Office in 64 bit, and later you installed an application built in Access 2010 in 32 bit.
If you can find the application / applet built in Access, and can do without it, uninstall it. Otherwise you are going to have to uninstall Office 64 bit and re-install it in 32 bit (default). Do you have a explicit, specific need to handle large files, ie larger than 2GB file size or large (often web download) spreadsheets that use more than 2GB of RAM when open?
Here are some instructions for uninstalling Office
Update, repair, or uninstall Office 2010

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Uninstall-or-remove-Office-2010-90635a1d-aec8-4653-b358-67e1b766fc4d 2010 If you have 64BIT windows, download the tools to your HD before running them (make copy of your NORMAL.DOTM, EXCEL.XLSM, and for 2010 QAT: Excel.officeui and Word.officeui if you have done any customization).
NOTE: 2 people have said that the Fix It in method 2 would not run in Windows 8.
Method 2 in this tip does a more thorough job that the "normal" uninstall via Programs and Features (aka Method 1 in the tip). The Normal uninstall is designed with the assumption that you will be re-installing Office. It does NOT delete everything. It leaves configuration files like NORMAL.DOTM and other templates etc. and it also leaves configuration Registry entries. These "carry-overs" may contain corruption that is causing your problem.
Method 1: Uninstall from Control Panel
Method 2: Uninstall using Fix it 9737366
Method 3: Uninstall with the Program Install and Uninstall trouble shooter
Method 4: Remove manually
If uninstall of Click to Run Office does not work:
· Start run window: <Win R>
· Start Services dialog: services.msc
· Locate 'Client Virtualization"
· Right click, select Properties.
· Set Startup type to disabled and Stop the service.
· Repeat FIX IT from KB 290301
